CardioVision 2020 is a community health initiative whose goal is to promote a smoke-free environment, heart-healthy nutrition habits, and a physically active lifestyle for all children and adults living in Olmsted County. Simply agree to meet CardioVision 2020’s Five Personal Goals, then show your participation in our program by downloading the full page version of the above sign. Print the sign and display it in a window, or laminate it for outdoor use. |
